Dr. Moulton has been transforming smiles and helping patients achieve optimal oral health for 17 years, spending the last 13 years right here as a trusted pillar of the Lexington Family Smiles team.
Originally from Albany, Georgia, Dr. Moulton pursued his foundational education and advanced training through several prestigious institutions:
- Undergraduate & Graduate Degrees: Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) from the University of Georgia.
- Doctor of Dental Medicine: DMD from the Medical College of Georgia (MCG).
- Post-Doctoral Training: Completed a rigorous, one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through NYU Langone Dental, equipping him with advanced skills in complex restorative and cosmetic procedures.
To stay at the forefront of his field, Dr. Moulton maintains active clinical memberships in both the American Dental Association (ADA) and the South Carolina Dental Association (SCDA).

Life Outside the Office
Outside of the office, Dr. Moulton resides locally in Lexington, South Carolina, alongside his wife, Elizabeth Moulton. Together, they are the proud parents of two adult children, Payton (24) and Gracie (20).
An avid sports fan, Dr. Moulton bleeds red and black—you can always find him cheering on his favorite team, the University of Georgia Bulldogs. To stay active and recharge, he loves working out and heading outdoors for deer hunting season.
