ADULT STANDARD PLAN
$349/year
Our Standard Plan is designed to provide yearly dental maintenance along with discounts for any additional treatment, helping keep your mouth happy and healthy.
ADULT PERIODONTAL PLAN
$449/year
Our Periodontal Plan functions as an add-on to our Standard Plan because most patients do not know they are a periodontal patient until treatment. Once aware, patients are able to add the additional coverage for $100 per member.
CHILD (UNDER 18) STANDARD PLAN

Upon joining our Dental Savings Plans, each patient also receives one lifetime set of whitening trays and gel. Dental Savings Plans do not include cosmetic dentistry or braces.
